Details:	SUMMARY: Water line break on 7/20/07 DETAILS: Dwayne (City of Rainier water dept.) called to say he spotted a water line break in a Goble Water Association line near the Goble Tavern today. Water is spraying into the air. He called to get the contact persons info for Goble so he could call that person and inform of the break. I gave him the operators name and number (Mac McDonald, 503-556-8582). I called Mark Edington of Columbia County and left a VM regarding the incident. ACTION NEEDED: Dwayne was asked to call us back and inform us of the containment status.
