Details:	SUMMARY: NO3 MCL DETAILS: Contacted Dee Kinzel on June 25 on why the firm has received a nitrate sample at 17 mg/L. Dee contacted Culligan, who is responsible for maintenance on nitrate treatment equipment. Culligan came to the firm and tested the equipment on June 28 and found that some of the nitrate treatment equipment inside the tank will need to be replaced. The firm is reviewing costs to upgrade the nitrate system. ACTION NEEDED: Make repairs and/or replace nitrate treatment equipment, resume quarterly sampling.
