Details:	SUMMARY: Water quality alert: COLI4200 CENTER MARKET DETAILS: System had positive TCR for routine samples taken 06/12/07. Public notice was posted at store and at the adjoining Spoletos Restaurant, operated by Steve and Diane Scott and licensed by Linn County Environmental Health Department. The owner chlorinated the well, and 4 repeat samples and 2 special samples were taken 6/25/07, all of which are absent for coliforms. One special sample was taken from restroom in the restaurant and the other from the soda dispenser in the store. A copy of this contact report submitted to Holly Skogley, Linn County Environmental Health (503-967-3821). ACTION NEEDED: Perform 5 routine samples next quarter.
