Details:	SUMMARY: Water quality alert COLI4200, MCL for TCR DETAILS: Responded to positive total coliform results for PWS 41-91661. Two routine samples were taken May 15, 2007, with one positive. Four repeat samples were taken May 18, 2007 with two positives. The well was chlorinated and repeat samples were taken May 29, 2007, with all absent for coliforms. Routine samples taken June 12, 2007 were positive for total coliforms. Store owner posted public notice and discontinued beverage service until problem is resolved. The adjoining business is also served by the well and is licensed through Linn County Environmental Health. Discussed issue with Spoletos Restaurant owner, Dianne Scott (503-910-5281) and provided a copy of the public notice for positive total coliforms. Notified Holly Skogley, Linn County Public Health (541-967-3821), regarding public notice and provided copy of this contact report. ACTION NEEDED: Owner will chlorinate the well again and repeat samples will be taken the week of June 25, 2007.
