| Details: | SUMMARY: Contact Tracer Study DETAILS: The water system is lacking an effluent meter on the stored water. The treatment plant does have fixed rate effluent pumps which with the approval of DWP allowed us to perform a CT Tracer Study using elevations in the storage reservoir. The Study was performed over a 12 hour period. The data will be analyzed for the final report. ACTION NEEDED: Complete Study for the system for review by HBH and submitted to DWP. | ||
