Details:	SUMMARY: Alert confirmed total coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Warren this morning, 2 of the 4 repeat samples came back positive for total coliform. He is not sure of the reason for total coliform in the water. I emailed him the public notice template for total coliform and health effects info about coliform. The wells he has on the property are not approved as they are driven sand point wells. Warren is going to shock chlorinate the well (#1), and take five routine samples on the 11th of October. I am going to give him water resources phone number to discuss drilling a new approved well on his small property. ACTION NEEDED: post public notice, shock water system and take five routines this month.
