Details:	SUMMARY: Discussed potential water quality issue in PWS DETAILS: Nicole Maxwell called to report that her child a doctor and lab test confirmed case of E Coli of unknown origin. Nicole feels it is related to water quality and operational issues at PWS. Klamath County EH, along with Pendleton and Springfield office DWP staff engaged in investigation. ACTION NEEDED: DWP and Klamath County EH staff will continue technical and regulatory assistance with PWS.
