Details:	SUMMARY: Scaffolding holes near top of reservoir DETAILS: Don told Pete that the problem will be fixed by November 2008. The problem is that there are 2" holes regularly spaced around the top of the elevated tank. The holes were made to support an interior scaffolding used to do interior work on the reservoir. Since September the WS overflows the reservoir for 10 minutes every 30 days to "skim" and remove any needles or debris that may enter the reservoir through the holes. Appropriate dechlorination methods are used on the overflow. The future contractors will likely employ a solution that allows the future use of the holes (e.g. plugs). ACTION NEEDED: Check back in November 2008 to assure project completion.
