Details:	SUMMARY: violation-algea bloom DETAILS: Brian Gray called to report that the water system at camp Baker was completely turned off during the month of October 2007 due to the toxic algea bloom in siltcoos lake. Camp Baker got a violation for not taking their coliform sample in the month of October. He asked if the violation can be removed since the water system did not operate. ACTION NEEDED: ask DMCA to remove violation.
