Details: SUMMARY: LCR Excursions - Malfunctioning PLC - Currently Troubleshooting DETAILS: Kari explained that the PLC responded to false reservoir overflow alarms caused the lime feeding system to malfunction. WS is purchasing a new level sensor for the tank and have vendors working on the PLC system.

When the lime feeding system stopped feeding, Kari didnt find it until later that day. By that point it took a while to re-saturate the water and get the system back online.
She brought the old lime slurry system online, but it generates false turbidity problems for the plant. So they are looking to fixing the primary system, asap. ACTION NEEDED: None. Troubleshooting effectively for now with redundant systems.
