Details:	SUMMARY: Positive routine and repeat from same location DETAILS: DJ called to report that they completed repeat sampling following a recent positive total coliform routine sample. Only one repeat was also positive and was from the same location. Upstream, downstream and additional samples all negative. Positive site reportedly turned off and on due to weather, and was also leaking. DJ would like to invalidate the sample, and does not plan to take any additional repeat samples to demo compliance at this point. I discussed scenario and requirements with both DJ (mobile 503-310-5939) and MaryJo (office). Provided two names and numbers to DJ and MaryJo for followup: Joe Carlson, Mgr, DMCA Unit, DWP (971-673-0470) and Gregg Baird, Clackamas Co EH (503-742-5366). Told her that they must request in writing with documentation (Co EH may be able to assist in overall determination) and send to Joe Carlson for a decision. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to evaluate any submitted invalidation request for merit and make a decision regarding sample and violation status.
