Details:	SUMMARY: Numerous customer complaints, updated public notice delivered. DETAILS: Customers have been calling Deschutes County, DWP Pendleton, DWP Portland, and PUC. Most customers are unhappy with the lack of communication from the water system owner Ron Remund. There has been no official public notice issued since the boil water warning was initiated 5 December. ACTION NEEDED: Ron Remund prepared and delivered an updated public notice the evening of 12/14. He has been batch chlorinating at the reservoirs with calcium hypochlorite tablets and Butch Rogers is measuing chlorine residuals, including throughout the weekend. Butch Rogers will install continuous chlorination on Monday 12/17.
