Details:	SUMMARY: Infrastructure Needs Survey Assistance DETAILS: On 11/5/07, I talked with Mr Winters about the survey and the tiportlance of it being submitted by the November 13, 07 deadline. We discussed water system planning and he said it is mostly developer driven and thay did not have many projects planned out. He did not appear to be very interested in or commited to submitting the survey, but would look it over. ACTION NEEDED: None
