Details:	SUMMARY: Infrastructure Needs Survey Assistance DETAILS: After leaving phone messages to Dave Beck about the survey, he finally called back on 11/9/07 and we discussed the survey, as he stated in August that he would submit it then but was unable to. He has assigned this project to Mark Lago, who was out today and would not be in until 11/13/07, which is the deadline for the survey. I was not able to talk with Mark Lago. George Waun informed me that the deadline would not be extended as it appears the city will not meet the deadline at this time. I suggested that they complete the survey anyway even ii it is late. ACTION NEEDED: none
