| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to positive total coliform alert from repeat sampling DETAILS: On Friday, October 12, 2007 I received an alert for a positive total coliform for the Catfish Junction RV Park. I called the RV park and talked to Mrs. Silva about the samples. She stated that the sample that came back positive was the second (our of four) sample that was taken. I talked to her about proper sampling techniques and told her to go through the packet that was sent after the first alert for this facility. I also told her that she needed to shock the system and take 5 more routine samples this month. She said she would chlorinate the system today and take two samples tomorrow and 3 more next week. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples will be taken by the end of the month. | ||
