| Details: | SUMMARY: Op will post notice, provide bottled water, do four repeats today DETAILS: The contact states the 9/25/07 E. coli positive sample was collected at the teachers lounge. She states they are collecting four repeats today according to the required protocol. She states she will call me ASAP with the results. She states the school district has posted signs stating not to use the water at all sites accessible for drinking, food prep and hand washing. She also states the school is providing bottled water for drinking, cooking, and hand washing. The school has their food brought in from a central kitchen. Kidco Headstart uses the kitchen at the school to prepare food for their program. I discussed the E. coli positive sample with Pam Peck, Kidco Headstart. As of today, Kidco is using the kitchen at Central Linn High School to prepare food and sending bottled water out with the meals until resolution of the water quality at Crawfordsville Elementary.
