Details:	SUMMARY: Water Alert Response for two positive Total Coliform routine test results. DETAILS: On September 10, 2007, two routine test samples (out of 5) came back positive for total coliform. I called Dick Cosgriffe and left him a phone message informing him that now he should take at least four repeat samples. What is intersting is that according to the DWP website, a positive total coliform result was taken on August 9, 2007, though there were no repeat samples shown afterwards. There were only these 5 routine samples for September 10th. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples need to be taken, which I mentioned in my phone message: 1) from the same tap where the positive sample was taken, 2) one from within five service connections upstream, 3) one from within five service connections downstream, and 4) somewhere in the distribution system-- all of which must be taken on the same day.
