| Details: | SUMMARY: Op Has M/R Four Repeats DETAILS: We discussed the 10/3/07 positive TC sample. Marti sate Waterlab may have misidentified the collection site and will discuss with them. Marti states she collected four repeats on 10/8/07 -- two at the same site as the positive, one inside the house and one outside. She did not identify the other sites.We discussed possible sources of contamination, including a possible water line leak near the well and the reservoir lid. She has arranged for Stutzman to come out and review system infrastructure. I offered to make a site visit after Sttzman to review their free chlorine testing procedure. ACTION NEEDED: Marti will call with repeat sample results. | ||
