Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform Positive 3rd Quarter Alert DETAILS: Jim Brewer stated that although an initial approval for installation of UV system for the firm was given by Bill Goss, that the UV did not get installed. Therefore, the sample that was taken by Kuo labs tested positive. Jim Brewer has called the company for purchase of the UV system and stated that the UV should be installed by Wednesday 9/12. I recommend that the system be used for a few days, then to take the repeat samples on Monday 9/17. Mr. Brewer has agreed and will contact me when that system has been installed. Routine sample taken 9/4//07. ACTION NEEDED: Install UV treatment according to the conditional approval, take four repeat samples after installation, followed by five routines the first week in October.
