Details:	SUMMARY: SNC List for TCR Late Reporting DETAILS: Talked to Mr. Winkler about insuring that his monthly coliform samples are submitted by the 10th of the month following the month the samples are taken. Suggested that he have the lab submit the results. Also reminded Mr. Winkler that nitrate is due by the end of this month. ACTION NEEDED: Turn in coliform samples prior to the 10th of the month following the month that the sample is taken.
