Details: SUMMARY: Routine Quarterly Taken 11/8/07 +TC DETAILS: I left a message for James going over the protocol. I asked him to do 4 repeats as soon as possible and to let me know if any are positive because a PN would be required. Otherwise he needs to do 5 temp routines in December. ACTION NEEDED: No further action at this time-- will continue to monitor the situation.
