Details:	SUMMARY: Operator will M/R five routines in Dec. 07 DETAILS: The operator states she had the chlorinator checked by Stutzman Services last week and it is providing 0.2 - 0.3 ppm free chlorine residual. She states the residual is checked daily. She will ensure the Boil Water Advisory is posted in the laundry room and keep it in effect until the system has five "absent" coliform samples.Mary stated the system will do five routines in Dec 07 at the same sample sites as those used in November 07. She will ensure that the samples are collected using correct sampling technique. ACTION NEEDED: N/A
