Details:	SUMMARY: Routine Samples Positive for Fecal Coliform DETAILS: Received call from Butch Rogers 11/6/07, routine samples from 11/5/07 were positive for fecal coliform. He resampled 11/6 at house AA were positive was noted, and at exit of reservoir, upstream and downstream of house AA and end of line at restaurant. 7pm that night, added Cal Hypo to reservoir and began to flush system. Wednesday 11/7/07 resample results are negative at House AA and at restaurant but positive downstream of reservoir and upstream and downstream of House AA. Residual chlorine in system at 1.4ppm in reservoir and 0.8ppm at restaurant. 11/8/07, 7am, Boil water notice hand delivered to all front doors, all users. Discussion between Deschutes Co. E.H. and restaurant owner. They will voluntarily close till Tuesday 11/13/07. Resample taken on 11/15/07. No chlorine residual and all negative for coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 Routine samples in December.
