Details: SUMMARY: One of Four Repeat Samples Collected on 12/12/07 tested positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: 12/14/07 - The sample collected at the house kitchen faucet failed while the samples collected at units one, three and five passed. Chlorine residual at the time of the samples was reported to be between 1.5 and 2.0 PPM.12/17/07 - I spoke with Jane Lester. The house kitchen faucet had a screen on it. Eric with Grant Pass water lab went over proper sample tap selection in detail with them. They are going to collect a special sample from the suspect tap today after removing the screen and flaming it.12/21/07 - The special sample collected on 12/17/07 tested negative for Total Coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five routine samples need to be collected in the month of January.
