Details:	SUMMARY: DBP RAA DETAILS: North Plains exceeded the MCL for HAA5 in one of two samples taken the 3rd quarter 2007. The running annual average turns out to be 0.0525 for HAA5, and 0.00255 for THM. They are already sampling quarterly, so no change in schedule is needed. Also, they do not need to do a disinfection profile since they do not have a source with treatment (purchase treated surface water). ACTION NEEDED: none. Continue quarterly sampling.
