Details:	SUMMARY: Estimated cost per EDU (Equivalent Dwelling Unit) DETAILS: The system operators are preparing to approach the Board regarding a request for a SRF loan and permission to issue a letter of interest to DWP requesting review of a loan application to construct a new treatment facility. The board is considering a road project that likely will involve relocating water lines as needed. They have previously applied for funds successfully, but the cost to the users at that time caused the project to be postponed. A rough calculation was made, including an estimated monthly cost per EDU and given to Pat for discussion with the Board. I received a call from Cindy regarding the recent CT Study performed on the East Reservoir regarding a chlorine odor complaint and high residuals experienced in the system. We reviewed the contents of the study and modified the required residual application to include credit for contact at the pre chlorination site that had not been clearly interpreted in the study. ACTION NEEDED: Be available for technical assistance and schedule additional visits to address Sanitary Survey deficiencies.
