Details:	SUMMARY: Follow-up to TC+ on January 24, 2008. DETAILS: John still had not dealt with the issue. He said, he was going to buy chlorine and dose the system and tank? It does not appear he is aware of the way to operate the system nor does he take it seriously based on the TC + history he has with the system. A sanitary survey will be conducted on Feb. 18, 2008 to assist in straightening out the disinfection with the system. ACTION NEEDED: n/a
