| Details: | SUMMARY: Op will fix leak, keep boil water notice in place, M/R 5 routines in January 08. DETAILS: I contacted the operator regarding the positive coliform samples collected 12/21/07. The samples collected at spaces 1 and 4 were e.Coli positive. The sample collected at space 5 was TC positive, and the samples collected at space 6 and the well house were "absent". The operator states, she will redistribute the Boil Water Advisory to make sure everyone knows it is still in place. She states, she noticed a leaky shutoff valve in the distribution and will have that inspected and replaced as needed. She states, the free chlorine residual is running around 0.4ppm. The free chlorine residual is being checked at the well house - - I asked her to begin checking it at various points in the distribution. I told her the system must M/R 5 routines each month until further notice. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
