| Details: | SUMMARY: none DETAILS: Aug. 20 repeat samples were all positive for e-coli or total coliform. I mailed copy of public notice he was to display for e-coli violation. ACTION NEEDED: I asked him to post boil water notice in extablishment. He had purchased or rented a three thousand gallon tank (hopefully water compatible) for storage purposes because of declining water storage. He already chlorinated system before putting on line. He was asked to chlorinate again before taking special sample. I sent him list of engineers and he already has plan review information. He knows he has to go through plan review for chlorinator or uv light. | ||
