Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform reporting for February 2008 DETAILS: The City of Coquille collects and submits the required monthly coliform samples for their purchasing districts. Tim Ellis from the City reported a problem with the lab courier not picking up the coliform samples for February 2008. The samples werent found until their hold time had expired and the monitoring period had already ended. I recommended John assure the samples are collected early in the month. John agreed and will make sure the lab courier does not miss the samples again. This violation will need to be reported in each districts CCR. ACTION NEEDED: None.
