Details: SUMMARY: Fourth round of quarterly nitrate samples produced levels below the MCL. Sampling schedule reduced to annual samples. DETAILS: This was the 4th consecutive quarterly sample that was taken for this system. All samples throughout the last year came back below the MCL for nitrates. The system was instructed to take annual samples at this point. All samples will be taken in the quarter that produced the highest result. Therefore, samples must be taken during the first quarter in the calendar year. ACTION NEEDED: Sampling must be taken within the first quarter of the year for the annual nitrate testing.
