| Details: | SUMMARY: Contacted Mr. Newell regarding TCR non-reporting violation for January 2008. DETAILS: James called Waterlab to find out what happened with the January N/R for TC. Waterlab called me and reported that they monitored the system for TC in January but because of human error it did not get reported to DHS-DWP. Waterlab sent the January TC analysis to the DWP on 2/27/08. SOCs were not entered into SDWIS as being M/R but Waterlab said the results were sent to the DWP. I asked them to resend the results. Also discussed how the lab is not following the coliform bacteria sampling plan. James will give them the sampling plan and ensure that they follow it. ACTION NEEDED: January TC monitoring recorded in SDWIS on February 27, 2008. Violation resolved. | ||
