Details:	SUMMARY: TCT Positive Sample taken 1-16-08 DETAILS: Called to motel and left message for operator. 1. Take 4 repeat samples now. One sample upstream from sampling point, one sample downstream from sampling point, one sample from the same sampling point. One sample from anywhere else in the system. 2. Five routine samples in month of February. I will mail this and include a copy of the procedur. ACTION NEEDED: Take 4 routine samples now. Take 5 routine samples in February 08.
