Details:	SUMMARY: SOC set collected on 10/24/07 showed a detect of DI(2-Ethylhexyl) - Phthalate. DETAILS: Letter sent March 5, 2008 :Even though the chemical was well below the MCL you are required to increase monitoring frequency to quarterly until further notice. This may be an isolated detect and does not necessarily mean that a problem exists. This slight detect is likely a result of recent plumbing done on the system. ACTION NEEDED: The system needs to commence quarterly sampling for DI(2-Ethylhexyl)- Phthalate until further notice.
