Details:	SUMMARY: Letter sent from Anna Heacock, Environmental Health Services Division February 22, 2008 DETAILS: Follow up to semi-annual inspection done February 6, 2008.A violation was cited regarding the SNC status. Two or more quarterly coliform sample results have not been collected or reported on time within a years time. Additionally, the yearly No3 sample for 2005 and 2007 were not reported. To be removed from the SNC list your water system must remain in compliance for two consecutive quarters. Test results must be sent to DHS Drinking Water Program within 10 days after the end of each quarter. ACTION NEEDED: Submit routine coliform samples during the beginning of each quarter (January, Apri., July, and October 2008) and send the results to the Drinking Water Program. Must submit one yearly NO3 sample for 2008 before January 10th 2009. Fax copies of your future sample reports to Douglas County Health Department after results are sent to the DHS Drinking Water Program. We received copies of the 2006 NO3 report and 4th quarter 2006 and 3rd quarter 2007 reports.
