Details: SUMMARY: Violation: Coliform reporting DETAILS: 04/03/08: I attempted to contact the operator (Richard Blake) by phone. I left a message informing him of the violation and to contact me ASAP. 04/08/08: I spoke with Richard Blake on the phone and he stated the samples were taken in the 4th quarter of 2007 and sent to the lab. I noted the first quarter of 2008 (for coliform) did not show test results on SDWIS. I informed him of that violation as well. Mr. Blake stated he will check with lab and have the results sent in to the state. He said he sent in a coliform sample in Feb. 2008. Mr. Blake will call me back after he contacts the lab to report if the problem with reporting the test results to the state was resolved. SDWIS now shows test results for 1st and 2nd quarter of 2008. ACTION NEEDED: none
