Details:	SUMMARY: 5 routine samples collected on 6/11/08 were TC+ and one was confirmed EC+. DETAILS: 5 repeat samples collected on 6/11/08 were TC+ and one was confirmed EC+. Called water system contact, Everett Blilie, on June 13, 2008 regarding confirmed EC+. He indicated that they are in the process of correcting two possible causes, an old leaking galvanized pressure tank and a small 3/4 inch water line connected to a sink. He thinks the air from re-pressurization of the tank or stagnant water in the sink line is draining back into the distribution system. The pressure tank is being replaced and a backflow/check valve is being installed on the water line. He also indicated that they have posted Boil Water notices at all the drinking water sources and the system is also providing bottled water to employees. After the tank and check valve is replaced the water system is going shock chlorinate the system again and then 5 more routine samples will be collected. ACTION NEEDED: After the possible causes are addressed, the water system will shock chlorinate and collect five routine samples to verify that corrective action resolved the problem.
