| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up to non or erratic reporting of coliform results DETAILS: This system showed up on the violations list (1st quarter of 2008) for non-reporting of coliform samples. I noticed they have had an erratic record for coliform reporting - some for each year, but not one per quarter. Spoke to Major Defoe, and he was under the impression that he was supposed to sample only twice a year, not four times. I followed up by sending him an email with links to our website for the sheets explaining NTNC system monitoring requirements and coliform sampling plans. Asked if his coliform samplling plan had been completed after it was flagged in the 2005 WSS. ACTION NEEDED: Check later - Has coliform sampling become quarterly? Has a coliform sampling plan been completed? | ||
