Details:	SUMMARY: Alert 3rd quarter nitrate test result, 7.0ppm, chem 2942 on 04/3/08 DETAILS: I talked to Nancy and advised her to collect another nitrate test with the next quarterly coliform test. If the test results continue to be below the MCL we will talk to the State regarding the next steps. She agreed. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for the next nitrate test result.
