Details:	SUMMARY: TC Positive Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for the TC positive sample collected 6/12/08. Spoke with Claudia. The sample was collected at a house that has been empty for several months, and she thinks she did not let the line flush out enough. There was a chlorine residual in the system when the sample was collected, but Claudia did not record it on the lab slip. I explained that the residual needs to be measured and recorded at the same time the sample is collected. Claudia collected two repeat samples today, and will collect two more next week after she gets more sample bottles. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect four repeat samples and five routine samples in July.
