Details:	SUMMARY: alert total coliform confirmed DETAILS: Spoke with Charmayne today about recent total coliform samples, four repeat samples were collected Friday 6/20 and the results came back all four present for total coliform. Charmayne thought the person that took the sample might have contaminated the bottle, she is going out with the person today to take another repeat sample and make sure it is done correctly. This is a hand-pump well and taking a sample can be difficult with one person. I emailed her public notice template as well as shock chlorinating procedures and proper sampling technique instructions. She will be looking into installing a new seal on the hand-pump as well as shock chlorinating. I notified her that 5 routines will be required in the month of July. ACTION NEEDED: Post public notice, correct problem, take five routines in month of July 2008.
