Details:	SUMMARY: Fluoridation temporarily stopped while construction begins on plant upgrades DETAILS: John Higgins sent me an email on 6/17/08 informing me that construction on the treatment plant upgrades will begin 7/1/2008. During this time, the operators will temporarily stop fluoridating the water. They will resume fluoridation around the third week of July. ACTION NEEDED: None.
