Details:	SUMMARY: Assistance with Cross Connection and emergency Response Plans DETAILS: System is a small park on the northern edge of the City of Prineville. The system comprised of a single week and a 13,000 gallon reservoir, serves 40 mobile homes and a population of approximately 120. Jeff Stewart is the water system contact and manager of the park. George Nelson is the DRC operator and on-site caretaker of the park. Stewart requested assistance with development of written enabling authority (EA) and an emergency response plan (ERP). I contacted Jeff Stewart to discuss assistance with the EA and an ERP and I reviewed the system design with Jeff, including location, security issues and cross connection issues. I modified the standard EA document to meet the needs of this system. I prepared a draft of an ERP. Emailed draft documents to both Stewart and Nelson for their review. I met with Stewart and Nelson at the park on 5/29/08 to review the documents and perform a security assessment, hazard assessment, and discussed cross connection. There are no known cross connections or testable devices in the park. I recommended that they install hose bibb vacuum breakers on the outside faucets. ACTION NEEDED: Stewart needs to sign and date the EA and submit a copy to the State Drinking Water Program and he also needs to complete the ERP and submit a copy to Crook County for review.
