Details:	SUMMARY: Investigate recent Total Coliform and E-coli Present results for bacterial testing DETAILS: A site visit and review was requested by system to assess resolution or determine if a continual disinfection system may be needed. I reviewed system history with John Hammer by phone. I acquired system information from DWP Web site and reviewed Sanitary Survey and bacteriological testing with Gregg DeBlase. I investigated possible disinfection equipment options with suppliers and met one site with board members to tour facilities, review sampling procedures, identify possible contamination sources and shock chlorination procedures. ACTION NEEDED: Review shock chlorination procedures used and possible alternatives, review well logs for water levels and pumping depths. Discuss procedures with Stuzman pump. Recommend alternative shock chlorination to avoid mandatory continual disinfection. Send report recommendations to water system and DWP.
