DETAILS: Contacted water system regarding a nitrate M&R violation and found out the classification changed from State Regulated (population 24 and connections 1) to Transient Noncommunity (population 50 and connections 4). Emailed information to the water system regarding sample collection and the DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Collect yearly nitrate sample and quarterly coliform samples.
