| Details: | SUMMARY: Detection of Tetrachloroethylene DETAILS: Detection of Tetrachloroethylene in sample dated 3/31/08 result 0.001 (MCL=0.005). The system needs to take confirmation sample and quarterly sampling until the system is reliably and consistently below the MCL. Spoke with Mr. Paradis and he will continue to monitor the system on a quarterly sampling plan after the confirmation sample. ACTION NEEDED: Take confirmation asap and quarterly samples. Our office will review the results and set up a sampling frequency. | ||
