Details:	SUMMARY: Inspected Nitrate Treatment System DETAILS: Stopped at the hotel and met with John. Discovered that an ion exchange system for nitrate treatment had been installed without going through plan review. The treatment unit was not in operation due to lack of salt for the brine tank. Discussed plan review and sampling requirements with John. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to submit plans for nitrate treatment.
