| Details: | SUMMARY: Low Pressure complaint DETAILS: Larry called to report his and his neighbors pressure readings at 2:30 pm today (7.18.08). He was at 16 psi, and his neighbor was at 14 psi. Larry claims that his neighbors call him since hes the resident with the most experience and the one already in trouble with the property managers. Ostensibly, fear prevents them from complaining. Larry began experiencing pressure issues 4 weeks ago - coinciding with the hot weather. Possible solutions are a implementing a summer water conservation plan, particularly since the residents are unmetered, drilling a new well, or re-piping the distribution network. 12 more homes have been put in since last summer. ACTION NEEDED: WS is already sending out a water conservation plan to all residents. Our office will receive it next week in the mail, as per earlier emails this week. This should likely be an annual practice, until another well is drilled. Determine actual well production rates. |
