Details:	SUMMARY: Followup on positive TC repeat sample taken 6-12-08 DETAILS: Karen called today to inform me that one of four repeats taken at 30606 Pine Street hose bib was positive for TC. Karen was not sure why it was positive and thought that she didnt clean the hose bib good enough prior to drawing the sample. System is scheduled for a distribution line flush in late June and Karen will draw 5 routine samples in early July after flushing the distribution lines. Samples will be taken at Sodaville School 38240 Louis Street, 30606 Pine Street post reservoir and the 5ht site downstream from 30606 Pine Street. Karen will post a public notice ASAP. She will send me a copy for review and to send to DHS. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for copy of PN and for results of July routine tests.
