Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate sample collected 5/20/08 had a level of 8.91ppm (over 1/2 the MCL) DETAILS: See the attached letter explaining why this system has been returned to quarterly nitrate monitoring. This sample is back below the MCL (first quarter 2008 sample was above). No additional action will be taken at this time. The quarterly monitoring schedule will remain in place. ACTION NEEDED: A third quarter 2008 sample needs to be collected no later than September 30, 2008
